解説
相手のクレームに反論してこちらの言い分を言いたい時のフレーズ。
I'm sure that ～. 「確かに～です」 I'm certain that ～. 「確かに～です」もよく使う。

A: Yes, I'm calling about an order I placed last week. We still haven't
　received it.
B: May I have your order number, please?
A: Yeah, it's 33921K. It's an order for a computer monitor.
B: One moment, please. Yes, here it is. I'm sure that we sent your
　order last Tuesday.
A: Well, we didn't get it.
B: I'll call the delivery company and look into it then.

Ａ：ええ、先週注文した商品についてお電話さしあげているのですが。まだこちらに届いて
　いません。
Ｂ：注文番号をお願いできますか？
Ａ：はい、33921Kです。コンピュータのモニターを注文したのですが。

Ａ：しかし、私どもは受け取っていないんです。

　（お受け取りになった見本と同じ商品をお送りしたと思います。）
