解説
I think (that) ～. 「～だと思います」　意見を言う時の基本的な表現。
代わりに I feel (that) ～. や I would say (that) ～. などもよく使われる。

A: Mr. Yoshida, what do you think about starting a flextime schedule?
B: I think it's a good idea. It would be more convenient for me to come
　　to work at ten and leave at seven.
A: Why is that schedule more convenient for you?
B: The traffic is terrible at rush hour. I could save a lot of driving time.
A: All right. That sounds fine with me. If there is no other business,
　　we'll wrap it up for today.

Ａ：吉田さん、フレックスタイム制の導入をどう思いますか？
Ｂ：いいアイディアだと思います。10時出社の7時退社の方が都合がいいんです。
Ａ：どうしてその方が都合がいいんですか？
Ｂ：ラッシュ時の交通渋滞はひどいものです。通勤時間を短縮できますし。
